“Salsa” Guacamole
Serves 4-6
 
 
3 avocados, perfectly ripe
3 tomatoes, diced
1  small purple onion, diced
1/2 cup fresh, chopped cilantro
1 package guacamole seasoning
juice of 1 lime
  1. Mash the ripe avocados and mix with the dry seasoning packet.
  2. Gently mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Sprinkle a little cilantro on the top.
  4. Serve with chips.  (I like the lime flavored or multigrain)
