CRUST:

1 1/3  C flour
1/2  C sugar
2/3 C  butter

 

FILLING:

2 C  sugar
1/3 C flour
2 eggs
3 C  finely chopped fresh rhubarb

1.  Mix the crust ingredients like a pie crust.
2.  Pat into a 9X13 inch cake pan.
3.  Mix the filling ingredients well.  
4.  Spoon onto the crust..

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
