Toasted Pitas with Feta, Capers and Oregano
This recipe is ideal as a side dish or an appetizer. This inventive recipe combines creamy melted feta cheese and pungent capers, hot pepper, a hint of garlic, and fresh oregano for a perfectly balanced burst of flavor in every bite.
“Salsa” Guacamole
Amiga, if you want guests dancing at your party…don’t serve this recipe. They will be hovering ‘round the guacamole and chips!

We love your many comments about our "best" chili recipe...they came from coast to coast!
Here's one from Krista in San Diego.
“I made "chili for a crowd" tonight - what a tasty and easy recipe!
While on a trip to Atlantic City we visited the Renault Winery. The little cafe next door offered chili with mac-n-cheese - YUMMY!
Tonight I made mac-n-cheese and topped it with "Chili for a Crowd", my husband described it as "FABULOUS, AWESOME and so simple it's brilliant." Thank you for posting this wonderful recipe!
Here’s one from Sue in Maine.
Happy New Year!
We loved the chili! We had it New year's eve after our evening xc ski at the lake house and everyone gave it rave reviews. Thanks. Sue
And, our December Treasured Diva, Helen, says…
“Being honored in such a fun way was wonderful. Thank you so much. I treasure your friendship”
Love, (Diva) Helen
Thank you, Helen for being such an inspiration!
